Executive Summary Hometown Consignment is not only a consignment shop but also a thrift store, selling gently used clothing, handbags, accessories, shoes and much more Our shop sells only female clothing ranging in age from 13 to 42 years of age We offer in person as well as online consignment and shopping Hometown Consignment does not follow trends – we have merchandise dating back to the 80s and 90s We want everyone to be able to come into our shop, find inexpensive, great quality items, that fit their unique style Our company offers a family friendly environment Most importantly, our consignment fees are 10% less than competitors

Mission Statement Hometown Consignment's mission is to offer a unique spin on thrifting, and consignment that offers a wide variety of gently used clothing and accessories at affordable prices Our unique spin is our online site aimed to people with busy schedules and people who have health related issues
Vision Statement "Our vision at Hometown Consignment is to change the rules of the consignment. The business, consigners, and shoppers can all make a significant profit together.“ Once our business takes off and becomes financially stable, we aim to lower our consignment fee of 50%, slowly to 30%
