This video explains the process of creating The Bill of Rights as well as the requirements to approved and the selection of the amendments as we know them today. Source 2: Two-sentence description of source: During this multi-media video, the speaker explains one of the personal liberties, freedom of speech, defined in the First Amendment. This source of information used landmark court cases as examples to better explain how freedom of speech is protected and how is not protected. This Youtube channel also have more videos explaining the other personal liberties and Amendments.
