2My Internal Composition The purpose of this paper is to analyze myself to see how I fit into the organization of my employer. In order to do this, I will first take several tests about my internal composition. Then, I will discuss the results. I will examine how the implications from the test results affect how I fit into my employer’s and school’s organizational policies and impact my job satisfaction.

3My Internal Composition My Internal Composition In order to figure out the implications of my internal composition, I must first figure out who exactly I am in terms of personality, attitude, and behavior. To do this, I took eight different tests. The first test was about learning style inventory. The test assessed whether I was a visual, auditory, or tactile learner. My results were twenty-six points for visual preference, nine for auditory, and twenty-five for tactile. This test showed that my main learning style preference is a combination of the visual and tactile styles. I agree with this result. This is since I learn the best by writing things down, which is a combination of those two styles. Also, I have noticed I am not a strong auditory learner. I sometimes have trouble paying attention in class when the teacher is talking and will forget most of what they say if I do not write it down. The next test I took was to see if I have an external or internal locus of control. I received one point for having an internal locus of control and three points for having an external locus of control. Personally, I do not think I have a strong locus of control one way or the other. I think
