Introduction There are three most important factors that a beginning teacher should conscientiously understand in the educative process: the learner, the teacher, and the subject matters. These factors complement with each other perfectly well in providing good education to the students. Teaching, therefore, should not be considered on a trial-and-error basis or hit-or-miss fashion as doing such things means a waste of time that is expensive in many ways. To make beginning teachers truly understand and appreciate teaching is to provide them with distinct understanding between approaches, methods, device, techniques and strategies (i.e. those that relate to the teaching of P.E and Health Education) that may eventually maximize their teaching potentials as they teach their students to learn, acquire, and apply those desirable skills, knowledge, and attitudes in their quest in totality. Choosing a Method A beginning Health or PE should understand that there is no definite rule in choosing to be employed because even seasoned or skilled teachers believe that there is no single best strategy of teaching. Varied methods have their values, such as no teacher, regardless of teaching experiences, should limit teaching to just one. Teaching-learning situations tend to vary due to factors: teacher, subject matter content, and the students, at any time, any place even in the classrooms where teaching is usually done. One method that proves effective to one teacher may prove otherwise to another. It is necessary that beginning teachers and others who have been in the profession for quiet sometime to familiarize themselves with different means of facilitating teaching-learning situations in many ways.
