What is the function of the following material: Deckle: The deckle is used to even and flatten the edges of the recycled paper Sizing: The sizing is used to bind the fibers in the recycled paper together. Starch: The starch is used to help the paper harden and bond together. Its almost like a glue. 2. The main issue that happens when paper is made is when we cut down entire forest to do so.
