NAME_________________________ Classical Mythology CLAS 104-01 Fall 2007 MWF 9 – 9:50 am Jones 204 16 November, 2007 Classical Mythology Take-Home Exam 2 Posted 16 November 2007 – due in-class 28 November 2007 Covers material from Morford and Lenardon chs. 10 – 18, 22 and 23 and the first reading in Campbell’s Hero (pp. 49 – 77 - reading posted on Blackboard site – link on announcements page) Practical information : On the announcements page of our course Blackboard site you will find a link to the exam sheet. You must turn in all of your answers on computer-printed paper, stapled together with your name on every sheet (just in case they come apart). Your answer sheet must have 1 inch margins on all sides and use a 10 or 12 inch font, double spaced. Your answers must be focused and concise. Choose one, or possibly two related ideas and argue them thoroughly, using examples from the translated texts, M&L’s commentary or our class discussions (i.e. your notes). By no means do you have to cover all possible ways in which the question can be answered. Materials which you may and may not use to prepare your answers
