Unformatted text preview: Exam 3 Crim 20 Danny works for “Duey Tradem” in a tall building in the downtown district. On Friday, November 9, 2007, Danny is running late. His suit is wrinkled and traffic is jammed and he’s sure to be fired if he’s late another day. Danny notices the drive thru line at “Java Hut” has only two cars and proceeds to enter believing he’ll have just enough time to get his coffee and run. Danny enters the line and quickly discovers the line is no longer moving. He becomes frantic yelling obscenities from his car. Victor pulls in behind Danny blocking him in. Danny gets out of his car and approaches Victor, who has rolled up his windows and locked his doors. Danny begins screaming at Victor. “Move your car! I’m going to be late for work!” Victor explains that he is new driver and does not think he can reverse out of the narrow and curvy drive thru. Danny beats on Victor’s window with his reverse out of the narrow and curvy drive thru....
