Transformational and Transactional LeadershipLeadership is key to the success of many organizations. Leadership sets a ground onwhich different decisions of the organization can be made. However, different organizations have different desires, thusneed for investing in different style of leadership. In that quest, this piece of assignment is aimedat giving distinctions between transformational and transactional leadership styles. Transformational leadership is a leadership style that encourages, inspires and motivatesteam members to be creative and innovative in a mission to steer the organization to success.Transformational leadership happens when the leader extends and raises the interests of theirstaff when they motivate them to look past their personal interests for the better of theorganization (Afsar, Badir, Saeed & Hafeez, 2017).
