MARINE CORPS2Marine Corps Force Fitness Instructor ProgramThe Marine Corps is one of the most physically demanding military forces among the other troops in the United States and among different parties in the world. The physical fitness challenging strategy issue is the increased rate of injuries that come from various factors. The Marine Corps is continuously seeking to improve its physical fitness program throughout the organization and has done a fantastic job implementing the Force Fitness Instructor program (FFI). Actions such as observing the British Royal Marines, observing civilian fitness organizations, and hiring subject knowledge experts laid the foundation for the Corp’s new fitness program. Now, the Corps needs to change the culture of fitness within the Corps through its Force Fitness Instructors (U.S. Marine Corps, 2017).Physical fitness is a vital part in upgrading every Marine’s performance. It directly contributes towards the Corps’ readiness. The ultimate aim of Marine Corps’ physical fitness program is to enhance physical and mental performance making every Marine more mortal and robust on the battleground (U.S. Marine Corps, 2017). The overall unit fitness program links directly to combat preparedness and, when considered through a fitness perspective, it connects to a general well-being and performance of the Marine. Training and Education Command (TECOM) designs the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Program (MCPFP), a physical fitness service program that integrates a comprehensive procedure and fitness health-related resources. This differentiates much with traditional fitness measures, such as Gold's Gym, that encourages certain aspects of performing a few actions well (U.S. Marine Corps, 2007).To use modern technology, modern scientifically based rules, and the domain sports medicine, the MCPFP looks for an established Corps-broad culture of complete fitness.
MARINE CORPS3Exhaustively, the program aims to enhance the Marines' health, lowering and averting injury; increasing physical fitness; constructing and installing individual reliance; and donating to a unit’s cooperation through constructive, yet demanding, total fitness ideas. Every physical fitnessmeeting addresses a chance to upgrade every Marine, making them powerful, and demonstrating advantages of directing physical training into an proper way. To ensure effort unity, MCPFP examines the different fitness and health-based capabilities available in today’s Marine Corps and points out the greatest way to join the resources. Through this program, the learners captures the fitness foundational movements, which are plank, push, pull, hinge, squat, rotate and lunge.
