Learning any material is broken into 3 steps. Exposure, review and practice. We can do any of
those 3 steps by themselves, and most of the time we do, but unless you are doing them
together on a consistent basis, we will not learn correctly, or retain the information that we learn.
Exposure is going to class and taking notes, review is looking over notes and reading material at
a different time, and practice is putting to use multiple types of studying to help us recall the
