The case of Queen vs Dudley and Stephan has always been one of the most prominent and famous cases in history to this day, which reflected many events and which themselves reflected different opinions. Also, many ethical issues have arisen in this case that I will mention now. Firstly, Dudley was one of the boat members who decided to sacrifice Richard Parker so that the rest of the three people could live because they were cut off from food and drink for a long time, so they had to sacrifice someone in order to survive. So why was the victim not consulted before the decision was approved? Although Brooks rejected this decision, the killing took place and Richard Parker was sacrificed. Secondly, Dudley's insistence on killing Parker to escape death, and Brooks' insistence at the same time not to agree, and Dudley's suggestion to kill Parker if a ship did not pass the next morning to save them. Does a person's life depend on his luck? Parker is an innocent person and he was unaware of what is happening. Is Dudley's determination to kill fellow Parker a count as a murder? Besides cannibalism is an ethical issue
