Environmental wellness also incorporates an appreciation for the various surrounding in which you interact on a daily basis, such as the workplace, social atmosphere, living quarters, and natural environment (Wellness 1). Ask Audience : “Are you guys pretty balanced? If your wheel had to turn, would it turn smooth or bump around like a flat tire?” It’s not unusual for students struggle to balance their activities and school work and still find time to relax and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Imbalance in your wheel, devoting too much time to a single aspect, can cause you to neglect other areas of your life that are important to you.
