Introduction Guys and St. Thomas is one of the largest NHS foundation's trusts in England. They have integrated a wide range of services into the health systems of adults and children’s specialist services, emergency, elective, and local community services. The center is committed to providing care in clinical care, research, and education. There are several institutions situated at multiple locations to easily access services provided by the trust (Lee and Titchener, 2017). Local services are also provided in hospitals across the west side and beyond. More than 1000 patient beds are thereby trusted foundation to deliver the services, out of which 200 are to deliver childcare. Intensive care beds are 88 in number and 44 theatres in two acute sites, 263 dental chairs, six cardiovascular interventional theatres, 32 chemotherapy chairs, and four MRI, and other radiological devices. Diverse clinical services are provided by the trust that includes emergency and urgent care, local services, specialist services, planned elective, and ambulatory care (Jaye, Thomas and Reedy, 2015). Patients are benefited from several strategic partnerships with health and social care providers, research organizations, universities, and commissioners. The commercial activities are diversified into income streams and support financially and operationally sustainable organizations so that exceptional care is provided to patients.
