Fine Dinning is dying. Numerous chefs are seeing how numbers are slowly going down and business arechanging to become more casual in order to invite more people from all social classes. The causes thathave made fine dining slowly disappear is due to food culture, chefs making high expectations of food,and the opinion of people. Chef owners of fine dining restaurants have always set their goals to createbeautiful and appetizing food, but today no one agrees to it anymore. In the past, fine dining was meantfor rich people to eat without having poor people around them. It required for fancy elegant dressing,champagne glasses, expensive jewels, and sparkling shoes. Today, not anymore.For many years we have seen fine dining as a luxury place where elegant food is served, and only richpeople eat on, but do we know how many rich people exist in the world right now, that could potentiallyeat every week at a fine dining place? According to Darina Lynkova there are 47% millionaires in theworld out of 7.8 billion existing people but until this day we don’t know how many of them eat in finedining restaurants. It is not a lot, but in the world, there is also 1.89 billion people living under poverty,people who barely have enough money to pay for food and who live off from eating rice, beans, bread,any kind of cheap food that costs less than a dollar and or food that they can grow on their gardens. Inorder to help restaurant businesses, continue to make profit, food needs be more affordable for everyoneto enjoy and not waste it in fine dining building. People on their everyday lives, just after a stressful day
