Locke’s justification for the natural justness of economic inequality a) Tacit consent - money b) Material benefits to all individuals – inequality is beneficial to everybody. b.i. Trickle-down economics – allow to be more inequality in economy, the benefit of economy will trickle down to everybody – a rising tide raises all boats b.ii. Trickle-down economics – The idea that tax breaks or other economic benefits provided by government to businesses and the wealthy will benefit poorer members of society by improving the economy as a whole.
