SWOT Analysis of Honibe® Competition- Alexandria Bryant As mentioned, Honibe® products have established themselves as a leading innovative product with their patented moisture extraction technology. The product launch received tremendous success and captivated consumer’s attention across many media outlets; magazines, television, etc. Honibe® rapid success has transformed this former micro business into an efficient manufacturer and distributor; attracting some of Canada’s top venture capitalists (Island Abbey Foods Ltd, 2012). The product line has made its way onto shelves across Canada and the United States, making them a household name. Keeping up with market demand however may be difficult for Honibe® despite the products uniqueness. The threat of substitute products plagues Honibe® ability to saturate the market to its full potential.
