Human Adaptation Stress - anything that knocks the body out of equilibrium Homeostasis - when the body is at perfect equilibrium Acclimatization - typically a short-term reaction to a stress Cultural Adaptation - when we use some kind of a tool to deal with some type of stress in the environment Physical adaptation - something that your bodies does to react to a stress Adaptation - a response to a stress Heat Stress Sweating- fantastic way for our bodies to reduce our heat loads.
