Many of the areas they examine include the image they have and the merchandise mix that they offer. Customers that are interested in Fifth Third Bank as their financial institution don’t only look at the products they have to offer but the products their leading competitors such as US Bank have to offer. As customers we must be able to understand the consumers as their competing stores attempt to understand them.
