Larry -Whether or not Larry is liable for Mary's condition and Harry's burns as a result of him leaving a smoldering couch to burn. Also, whether or not Larry is liable for Mary’s stroke because he refused to give her the medications she needed. -K, relationship, statute, and creating the peril are all present in Larry's case -A defense for Larry could be that he did not have an obligation to care for another’s family members.
