Final Take-Home Case: The Netscape IPO Instructions: Prepare a typed discussion of no more than six pages. Use the questions below as a guide to your answer. The solution must be a recommendation, not a mechanical list of answers . On page zero of your solution state: o the names and student numbers of your group members in alphabetical order o the name of the course (Advanced Corporate Finance) and the case (Final Case: Netscape). o NO, this page doesn't count towards the six maximum. Deadline: Wednesday, May 4th, 2011, 9.00. Venue for delivery: E building, 4th floor, mailbox outside the secretaries’ office (E 4.26). Structure your discussion around the following questions, and remember not to just answer them mechanically: 1. The main question to answer here is whether it would be appropriate to increase Netscape's offered IPO price, as recommended by its underwriter. You must recommend the board members what to do, after presenting an analysis that balances the potential risks and rewards that might accompany such a move.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
