He noticed a wound on his right foot 5 weeks ago, a home visiting nurse came to his house to assess and treat his wound, topical antibiotic was given at that time, also been treated with and oral antibiotic and wet to damp saline dressing daily but he has been non-adherent with the medication. Mr. Yoder is alert and oriented, his vitals were BP-127/83, PR-82 and regular, SpO2-99%, Temp-98.8F, RR-13. His fasting glucose this morning was 118mg/dL and during assessment it was 100mg/dL. He is able to get up and walk without a walking aid but he is very weak and slow and characterized by short shuffling steps. And since his catheter was removed
