Mr. Yoder is alert and oriented, his vitals were BP-127/83, PR-82 and regular, SpO2-99%, Temp-98.8F, RR-13. His fasting glucose this morning was 118mg/dL and during assessment it was 100mg/dL. He is able to get up and walk without a walking aid but he is very weak and slow and characterized by short shuffling steps. And since his catheter was removed
