COORDINATION REACTION TIME is the ability to use the senses together with body parts during movement. For example, dribbling a basketball. Using hands and eyes together is called hand-eye coordination. is the ability to reach or respond quickly to what you hear, see, or feel. For example, an athlete quickly coming off the blocks early in a swimming or track relay, or stealing a base in baseball.
4 Easy Drills to Improve Hand- Eye Coordination So you want to improve your eye-hand coordination? First, get an eye exam and make sure your eyesight is as good as it can be. See 20/15 Next, you'll want to practice drills that improve your central and your peripheral vision, as well as your ability to react quickly and accurately to what you're seeing.
