Using the Help and Support Center Create a new User Account First you click on the Windows icon on the bottom left corner. Second you go to the control panel Third you click on the User Accounts and Family Safety icon and then click on user accounts. Fourth you click on Manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or confirmation. Fifth click Create a new account. Last you type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account. Change your password
