What did I learned In this module, entitled Gasoline and Diesel Engine through reading and searching more details on the internet and I’ve found out that gasoline engine is a spark-ignition engine that uses spark plug that ignites the air and fuel mixture, creating the explosion which makes engine produce power. Diesel engine doesn’t have spark plug, it uses compression ignition that fuel ignites without any ignition. For the principle of operations of different engines, it discussed the conventional gasoline and diesel engines has two cycles namely two stroke cycle and four stroke cycle. In a 2-stroke engine, the entire combustion cycle is completed with just one piston stroke while the four-stroke, the piston completes 2-strokes
