INTRODUCTIONSocial media has been utilized intensely for business purposes while communicating with consumers and promoting new products or companies. Throughout the most recent decade, the World Wide Web has seen an expansion of customer driven online promotions, for example, web journals, interpersonal communication in organizations and media sharing platforms. All things considered called online media, these promotions have empowered the development of customer created content, a worldwide local area, and the distribution of buyer’s sentiments. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Whatsapp can be used for reaching to the customers.
