Unformatted text preview: What is 6 sigma? • A process for establishing quality (systematic approach to getting something done) • Consistant results, easy to train people how to perform processes, • A set of techniques and procedures • A management philosophy • Eliminate variation as much as I possibly can Goals of 6 sigma: • Processes that are robust • Self-sustaining system for quality improvement Each big 5 factor can be broken into Facets. For example, Extroversion has 6 facets: • Friendliness - genuinely like others and openly demonstrate positive feelings toward others. Make friends quickly • Gegrariousness - find the company of others pleasant and stimulating. Enjoy excitement of crowds. • Assertiveness - like to speak out, take charge, direct the activities of others. Tend to lead groups. • Activity Level - like leading fast paced, busy lives. Move quickly • Excitement Seeking • Cheerfulness Persnality is strongly physiological. A lot of it is hereditary.
