For example, Extroversion has 6 facets: Friendliness - genuinely like others and openly demonstrate positive feelings toward others. Make friends quickly Gegrariousness - find the company of others pleasant and stimulating. Enjoy excitement of crowds. Assertiveness - like to speak out, take charge, direct the activities of others.
