High Definition Television sets are now becoming more and more popular, and with each  model surpassing the next it is hard to keep up with the technology.   By February all TV signals  will be broadcasted in DTV, which is a digital signal, while this is not an HDTV signal, HDTV can  be sent through the digital signal. ( http://www.dtv.gov/whatisdtv.html ) HDTV is taking over the  country and the FCC are making laws that require everything to be in a digital format and not  analog. Manufacturers are making HDTV sets much sleeker and esthetically pleasing each day.  The new standard for HDTV has been set and a new era of technological advancements can be  made. Society tends to latch on to new technologies, and some stay and some do not. Surveys  show that young adults are more likely to embrace the new technology while older generations  see new technology as a foreign language.  However, as far as ownership goes the same
