10) Identify some jurors who initiated interpersonal conflict and give some specific examples.
Juror 3 gets mad at 8 for taking the game away, what nerve! There is a disruptive cough when juror 9 is talking. Juror 7 starts arguing with 9 when he is talking and says why would the old man lie, just to be important once. Juror 3 interrupts 8 when talking about the boy saying I’m going to kill you saying anyone who says that means it. Juror 10 keeps arguing with everyone, and gets mad at 1 for telling him to keep yelling down. Juror 3 harasses 11 and wants him to tell him why he changed his vote. Juror 10 mocks juror 8 saying, “I thought you remembered everything, don’t you remember that”-concerning where the bedroom was in relation to the door of the old man’s house. Juror 10 and 5 get into an argument over why juror 8 is measuring out the feet the old man had to walk; 10 says if it was so important why didn’t the lawyer bring it up, 5 says he didn’t think of it. Juror 10 calls juror 8 insane for setting up the distance the old man had to walk from his bedroom to the door and says why waste the time doing all of it. Juror 11 says “I beg pardon” and 10 makes fun of him for being polite and saying why is he being polite and 11 says because of the same reason you aren’t—the way I was brought up.
