At the beginning of process, the tool quill should be at machine home position H0 . Take SP (0,0) as fixture offset position H1 and tool height offset position O1 . Start contouring from S and move in anti-clockwise direction and end at point E. After completion, the tool should come back to its home position H0 SP E S Use the following machining conditions: Table velocity 900 mm/min Tool quill velocity 250 mm/min. Spindle speed 1000 rpm Use φ 10 mm rough end mill for contouring.
