Ropes Course Description This project is for the development of a ropes course. A brief description of a ropes course consists of a combination of low and high ropes courses which permit participants to grow as a team and individual level. This project is more focused on the management of developing a high ropes course. There is emphasis on risk-taking, trust, and coaching. The challenges allow participants to increase their comfort zones and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. Ropes course programs can be designed to meet a number of educational, recreational, and developmental goals. Work Breakdown Structure For this project the work breakdown structure that has been created shows the ropes course developing around twelve departments. This breakdown structure is included in Appendix A. There are three main departments that are vital for this project. They are; the preliminary assessments, surveying, and inspection. That is not all this project involves. Other departments involved are; brush removal, double line walk,
