Now I am aware of how much of the United States was once a part of Mexico, including parts of Wyoming and Colorado, most of Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada aand present day California. This was almost half of Mexican territory. I now understand why Mexican Americanssay that their ancestors did not come to the United States since the U.S. came to them.
