And to determine the ethical issues one needs to use the ethical decision making model of which is to; get the facts, identify any issues, identify the stakeholders, and identify ethical alternatives, weigh alternatives and implement the final decision. When it comes to reading of an employee’s email, something that the employee believes that no one will be reading their email that raises the ethical flags especially if he or she is not informed when they start their job that their work email might be read.
