In order to maintain these relationships and impress new clients it is important to reflect professionalism in all areas of the organization. Studies show that what you wear influences how you act, and we want to look and act as professional as possible. To strengthen professional image at Bear Stearns, the formal dress policy will go back into effect next Monday, but Fridays will still be casual. To ease this transition, Brooks Brothers Inc. will hold extended hours and apply a 20 percent discount
