Question # 1: “True Love vs. False Love”Allah Almighty has created this whole universeand also created human beings, and he haschosen the religion Islam for the Muslims. Healso sent his messenger Hazrat Muhammad(P.B.U.H), and the holy book “Quran” for thetrue guide of Muslims. Allah Almighty createda strong feeling of love and affection in thehearts of mankind. There are also many forces that exist and misguides mankind, one of them isfalse love, which betrays us from the correct path. False love has many kinds that includes lovefor materialistic world, love for power, prestige and wealth, love for non-mehram person. Whiletrue love is only the love for Allah Almighty, and the other love that is true is the love betweenhusband and wife. We must be conscious in this scenario and should protect ourselves from thefalse love, so that we can save ourselves from sins. Love for a non-mehram is haram in Islam andit is strictly prohibited. The love between two persons is right when they have nikkah and it istrue love. Love for your spouse is only legal in Islam. Only Nikkah is the beautiful relationshipof true commitment and loyalty without any hidden attributes and purposes, in this relationshipboth parties are honest and sincere with each other. If someone is dishonest in this relationshipand cheats his spouse, shaytan becomes his partner and betrays him and leads him to false love. Our Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) is the role model for all of us, who was loyal and sincere withall of his wives. Love at first sight is also an example of false love, while true love is not likethis, true love gradually develops and increases as the time passes. Spouses become closer toeach other as the times passes in their nikkah. People in false love denies to accept the facts andrealties around them. We can also say that false love is blind love, while true love is not blinded.
