Include specific examples. When it comes to personal beliefs you want to ensure that you can have your beliefs but that you make sure your beliefs do not have a negative impact with your students. Teacher dispositions are the characteristics that are embodied within a teacher. It is their own personal ideals, beliefs, attitude, values, and interest (Johnston, Wilson, and Almerico, 2018). Because of these beliefs one is able to see why a teacher makes the decisions that they make when it comes to dealing with their classroom and students.
