the reality TV shows are coming
from, they are really asking, “What
caused the increase in the supply of
reality shows?” The answer is that
supply increases as the number of
sellers (of a good or service)
increases. So, what increases the
number of sellers of a good or service? The answer is the chance to
earn big profits. In short, money.
ABOUT IT One lesson to be
learned from the history of reality shows appearing on
television is that success is copied.
Survivor was successful and so it
was copied. What other successful
products can you think of that have
