June 2001 Physics 30 Grade 12 Diploma Examination Description Time: This examination was developed to be completed in 2.5 h; however, you may take an additional 0.5 h to complete the examination. This is a closed-book examination consisting of • 37 multiple-choice and 12 numerical- response questions, of equal value, worth 70% of the examination • 2 written-response questions, of equal value, worth a total of 30% of the examination This examination contains sets of related questions. A set of questions may contain multiple-choice and/or numerical-response questions. A tear-out Physics Data Sheet is included near the back of this booklet. A Periodic Table of the Elements is also provided.
