Purpose : In this lab our goal is to test for the conservation of momentum by observing the collisions between two carts and to measure the energy changes during multiple types of collision between these two carts. Also, after observing these collisions, we would like to be able to classify these collisions as explosive, elastic, inelastic or perfectly inelastic.
