charges will apply.

Check that your phone is correctly plugged into the PHOne port of an ooma Hub or ooma Scout and that
the wall port is plugged into a working phone jack.
Verify your Internet connection is working properly. Verify that the landline is working by connecting
your phone directly to a phone jack. You should
