In this speech of introduction, each of the students spoke about our past experience using the looking glass self, Johari window, and the collectivist/individualistic concepts. Each student gave a variety of past experience from humorous speech to emotional speech of their past. I, myself, am one of these students who gave a speech about my past experience using one of the three concepts. In my speech, it was about my first martial arts performance while using the looking- glass self. What I think I did well in my speech was humor the audience with my speech and not staring at the note cards all the time, but look at the audience more. I tried to make a fool of myself at the same time I was speaking to not make my audience bored.
