Objective: To familiarize the student with the operation of the Pasco Science Workshop Program. Apparatus: The Pasco 750 Science workshop system including the interface box, the power amplifier, a temperature transducer, a force transducer, a photogate timer, and a smart pulley timer. Also, a Styrofoam cup, some ice, a 50 g weight hanger, one 50g and two 100 g slotted masses. Theory: The Pasco interface collects information from either a digital or analog interface or displays it in a format with which the user can manipulate. Procedure and Data: Turn on the Pasco 750 interface boxes and open the data studio program. Connect all the sensors to appropriate channels. For the temperature measurement, drag a data table icon and graph icon to the temp sensor on the experiment setup window. Next, double click the temp
