Workers’ performance is the main effect in determining the organization’s performance and ensuring the organization to run successfully. Rewards management in Yasco Company is now become one of the strapping features that company use to keep its most valuable and important assets, the workers. This includes both financial and non-financial rewards. The research arises because there are a number of Yasco Company’s workers who have not performed well in their job as they perceived that they must receive higher rewards than the company’s offer. It is totally bad for the company when the workers have this kind of thought because they will feel lazy to work and would solely depend on the monthly salary basis that the company pays them every month. This research also attempt to investigate and explore how the reward systems affect the performance of Yasco company’s workers. Problems Statement
This study to investigate the following objectives: To evaluate the impact of rewards system on the performance of Yasco company’s employees To determine the relationship between intrinsic& extrinsic rewards toward job performance To identify are the most effective types of rewards that may boost employees’ performance Objectives
