As you may have heard, Howard Atkins recently took a team of employees from Wells Fargo on a retreat. I am considering whether it would be beneficial for us to arrange a similar event. While looking into the feasibility of a retreat, please consider the following questions: How will the skills learned at the retreat translate into work performance? How would a retreat significantly benefit our employees and BancFirst?
