Conflict is a driver of division among groups and organizations around the globe while cooperation is associated with harmony and peace among different race and ethnic groups. The development of the world is dependent on interpersonal relationships cooperation between groups of individuals. Conflict in the modern world is caused by class struggle (Huo et al., 2018) The struggle between Capitalists and proletarians has caused conflicts between the two groups for some time. The conflict between classes results in development since every class of people strives to outdo the other through amassing more wealth and investments. This competition between classes leads to the economic development of a country. On the other hand, cooperation between groups creates harmony and peace, which creates a conducive environment to work and invest in. This
