Onemay assume that networking is an activity reserved for time out of the office and off the clock;networking with your co-workers can be incredibly beneficial to your career progression(Augustine, 2020).The right referral or recommendation can increase the odds of being consideredfor a new role or job.As a Compliance Manager for a Medicare Advantage Organization, I spend a lot of timebuilding trusting relationships with my Senior Executive team.
