Effective communications serveas the backbones for the success of an organization. Organizational communication involvessending and receiving messages amongst individuals in the same working environment with theaim of attaining common goals. Corporate communication primarily focuses on buildingrelationships and interactions amongst members of an organization and interested externalpublics.Cenere, Gill, Lawson, and Lewis (2015)note that communication comes in two forms:convectional communication, which concentrates on communication within the organization.Secondly, communication as an organization means that organizations grow due to thecommunications of those within them. According toKeyton (2017), communications not onlyconstitute sending and receiving messages but also completely make our social world.BothCenere, Gill, Lawson, and Lewis (2015)andClokie and Fourie (2016)agree that anorganization should have competent communicators for it to achieve success. Further,Clokie andFourie (2016)note that organizations depend on effective communication and efficientcommunication skills from their employees. Studies show that most employers identifyemployees with effective oral and written communication skills for hire. The U.S LaborDepartment recognizes communication competency as the most important skill in the 21st-century workforce for an organization to achieve success.Coffelt, Baker, and Corey (2016)notethat employees need to have skills such as public presentation, listening, and interpersonalcommunication to flourish in an organization.Most of the organization as pointed out byClokie and Fourielook for employees whocan follow and give instructions accurately, get along with co-workers and customers, creatively

However, forSHDE company, they lack some of these attributes that make the effective communication. Onone hand, customers complain of poor service, while writing letters, which also is a form ofcommunication, the managing director notices spelling errors. They ignore their supplier's e-mails and phone calls, and now they are facing the risk of delaying the supply of goods andservices. One business organization's interruption causes disruptions in all the operations,causing chaos and confusion in the organization. Chaos and confusion do contribute to thesuccess or a good reputation of the company.
