Make sure the essay is typed, double-spaced, and in Times New Roman, 12 point font. No exceptions. Late papers will be docked one letter grade for each week the paper is late. * I will not accept papers through email. You MUST turn in a print copy of your paper. If you know that you will be out of town or otherwise unable to attend class on the day the paper is due, turn the paper in early. For this essay, you will choose a small selection from one of the stories listed below and explain how this passage reflects the storys overall theme, or meaning. A small selection can mean anything from a paragraph or a block of dialogue to a couple of sentences to even a phraseif youre brave enough to t ry it.
