Sara Good Comm 103 WF 3:00 What is the event and why is it communicative in nature ? This event was a public speaking event in which the speaker gave clear ideas on how to better their public speaking skills. The speaker had positive motivation in her speech to convey her tips and tricks to the audience to lessen their fears of public speaking, a vast amount of knowledge on the topic with much experience both watching public speaking events and giving them herself, and skills that she not only taught the audience, but used herself while she was speaking. The definition that applies most to the speaker would be skills, because she was able to demonstrate and practice the very things she was teaching her audience that not only proved that her tricks were helpful, it also gave her a sense of credibility.
