Unformatted text preview: is your duty as head of the Executive branch to enforce it. That's how the system works - nowhere is it written that a law can be accepted on "conditions." It fucks up separation of powers, and it's imperialistic. Not sure either of them have my vote now, and with McCain as the only other option, I may just throw my vote away to a third party. This may strike you as a petty reason to remove a vote, but it's pretty absurd to flaunt a constitutional breach the way they're doing it....
