the client can only ever call you ONCE in their lifetime association with your
company. This is because each client record can only appear once in the Client
table (ClientID is the primary key and call date and time becomes a one to one
relationship). See below. Ask yourself this question: if the client calls again,
where do I put this information? Obviously, the table Client is the WRONG table
to place DateOfCall (some students might say, “I’ll just over-write the previous
